Return Policy for Egg Sales

Due to the perishable nature of eggs, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or picked up. We take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our products at the time of dispatch. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos and your order details. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or credit toward a future order. No claims will be accepted after this period.

Ekpezu Farms reserves the right to determine the validity of all return or replacement requests. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.

Pickup Option:
Customers may also choose to pick up directly from the farm by appointment.
