At Ekpezu Farms, we take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our goods, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined below.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect product or quantity)

Products were damaged upon delivery

Your order was never delivered due to an error on our part
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ekpezufarms.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photo evidence (if applicable).
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for the following:

Customer change of mind after purchase

Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures)

Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

Missed delivery due to unavailability at the time of drop-off

Membership fees (including renewals)

Bulk and custom orders
Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining time on your plan. Your benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Discretionary Exceptions
In rare cases, Ekpezu Farms may choose to offer a store credit or partial refund at our sole discretion. This does not establish a precedent for future orders.
