Return Policy for Broiler Sales

All sales of live broilers are final and non-refundable once the birds have been picked up or delivered. As live animals, broilers require immediate and proper care, and we cannot be held responsible for their condition after transfer to the customer.

Health and Quality Assurance:
All broilers are inspected and verified to be healthy and active at the time of sale. Customers are encouraged to inspect their birds upon delivery or pickup. By accepting the birds, the customer acknowledges they are satisfied with their condition.

No Returns or Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on live broilers under any circumstances, including changes of mind, improper handling, or post-purchase conditions.

Complaints:
Any concerns must be reported immediately at the point of pickup or delivery. Once the transaction is complete, full responsibility for the care and condition of the birds lies with the customer.
